No manager came to apologize, no other attempt was made to make up for the incident, and we left with a ruined evening and stains on clothes worth €100s that may not even go away.

In this case it was done rather poorly as we were given an apology a couple of times, we had the waiter throw a few wet tissues in sachets on our tables to clean up ourselves, and were finally offered one of our drink pitchers, worth €19.95 for free as an apology.
It was rather upsetting and unfortunate but accidents do happen it is the way that a business handles them that makes a difference and distinguishes good businesses to bad ones. Until such time that a waiter, cleaning up a nearby table, dropped a sauce container and had at least 3 of us covered in red tomato ketchup stains. Visited on a busy Saturday night without prior reservation and were accommodated within reasonable time.Įverything was going well - group of 4 plus a young child, ordering lots of starters, drinks, and 4 premium rib eye steaks, having a pleasant €50 per person night.
